Iron Canuck

I enjoyed this story. Mindy (Melinda) was trying to reconnect with family after a very rough past. She was a strong woman who did not fully believe in herself. With all that haunted her, she wanted better. James wasn't prepared for what was to come. He was caring most of the time as well as selfish at other times. The two complemented each other, and it was great as they worked out the history and their future. With some other sideline stories, this story showed how family can come together. I still have more to read in this series and look forward to doing so.
