I have been waiting for this story as I enjoyed the first book. This story is about Michael, who never wants to marry again, and Beatrice, who does not want to marry and lose her independence. Circumstances become such that marrying each other would make the most sense. Michael is encouraged to woo her so that the idea is hers. They finally give into their rising feelings and marry just before things take a bad turn. I could not put down this book, and I highly recommend it.
